Objectives
Business Process Discovery Workshop is a highly interactive three-phase workshop model. Discovery workshops focus on the creation of the next generation of processes that will drive your business. The processes we create are based on both data and analytical insights which are used to create processes which are tailor–made to fit your business model.
Phase I
This first phase is used to collect data about your business, personnel, and your existing processes, as well as the short and long–term goals for the business.
Phase II
This phase includes the facilitation of a workshop to help define and build–out the new or enhanced business process that will be used in the future.
Phase III
The final phase includes the presentation of the findings from phase I and the business processes created during phase II.
