What is Ask Mitch?
I get a lot of questions about how to do things within Dynamics CRM/365. Sometimes they are simple things, sometimes they are more complex and require quite a bit of effort to find a good answer to.
If you've ever attended any of my webinars or watched a recording, you can see some of these types of questions. In fact, I may pull questions from some of my past webinars to consolidate the questions and answers into a single location so that you don't have to watch each of the webinars to get to the Q&A part.
So, I decided to take a page out of Pat Flynn's book and create a new way to get some of your questions answered.
What Ask Mitch is:
Ask Mitch is designed to answer questions that start with:
- How do I...
- How would you...
- What is the best way to...
What Ask Mitch is not:
Ask Mitch is NOT a technical support channel. If you have product issues, contact Microsoft or post of query on the Microsoft Dynamics Community forum.
Also, don't send queries asking me to spend hours designing a solution to your problem. That is, quite frankly, just a waste of our time.
What will you do with these questions?
They will go into a question bank that I will pull from and answer. While I can't guarantee I will be able to answer all of the questions, I will try.
I will create a blog post for the question and answer, and if applicable, I'll create an accompanying YouTube video to show the solution (instead of just writing about it).
So, Ask Mitch:
